How can I send a gift box to someone
If you are an existing customer, you can go to the "Gift a Degusta Box" tab in your account menu.
If you're not a customer, just go to our website homepage and click "Give as Gift!". The person who you have chosen to receive the gift will then get an email with a gift activation link (on the day you select) and requesting their delivery details. Once they have completed the delivery details, their gift should be sent according to our normal delivery schedule (within a few days or a maximum of three weeks if they do this at the very start of the month). Gifts can only be given to new customers.
Do I have to subscribe in order to gift a box to someone?
No, you don't have to subscribe to Degusta Box in order to gift a box to someone.
Can I send my gift on a different date?
Yes, after you purchase the gift, If you want them to enjoy it on a special date, you can select the date in which you wish to schedule the email to be sent to the person to whom the gift is addresed to.
Can I earn points through gifting?
If you are a Degusta Box member or if you have an account because you have purchased from us before, you can accumulate points with your purchases and redeem them for free boxes (100 points = free box)
How can the person I'm gifting claim their box?
Recipients must register with the link that they receive via email to indicate the address to which they would like the box to be delivered as well as their contact details for delivery. As soon as they complete the registration on our platform, their gift will be sent in accordance with our delivery dates for subscriptions or on the specified date in the case of a Limited Edition box.
Can the person whom I gifted a subscription renew their plan?
Yes, once they receive their gift, the person can renew their subscription or add in any additional purchases.
Where can I find my code?
If you received a Gift Voucher, your unique code will be printed on the voucher, be sure to check the bottom of the page. If you received an email, you will see a "Redeem Gift" button that will direct you to the page. The code will be added automatically.
