When will I receive the box?
For your first box:
- Sign up between the 1st and the 10th of the month,
you should receive: BETWEEN 15th - 25th OF THAT MONTH

- Sign up between the 11st and the 22th of the month,
you should receive: BETWEEN 25th - 31th OF THAT MONTH

- Sign up between the 23st and the last day of the month,
you should receive: BY THE 11th OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH

After your first box, you should always get your box in
the first round of deliveries between the 15th and 25th
of the month.
Please note these are indicative dates – If we reached a stockout situation, your box will then automatically arrive with the first round of deliveries of the following month. 

What does the box include?
Degusta Box is a monthly surprise food and beverage subscription box with 10-15 products, many of which are new to the market. The items in the box will be a surprise but we can say one thing, you will always find something new and delicious with excellent value for money! 

Can I customise the box to specific needs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to customise the boxes on an individual basis for different dietary types such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten free. We also do not offer non-alcohol boxes. We do however take all feedback into account and are working on bringing our subscribers more options for preferences!

Is there a minimum subscription time?
There is no mimimum subscription time.
You can request for your account to be cancelled or paused at any time through the contact form on our website. Make sure you cancel before the 1st, if you don't wish to be charged for the next month's box.
